Domain and appellation
-
A beautiful 20-hectare estate, owned by the Dubost Martin family for four generations.
Located in the southern Beaujolais, on the granitic soils of the foothills of the Massif Central, it reflects a deeply rooted family tradition of winemaking.Viticulture: The vines, averaging over 50 years old (ranging from 5 to 85 years), yield a dense and full-bodied wine.
Trained on wires using the Guyot system and grass-covered to limit yields and reduce risks of rot and erosion, they are harvested entirely by hand.
The estate holds HVE (High Environmental Value) certification, a guarantee of its strong commitment to environmentally respectful viticulture. -
