Domain and appellation

    Estate: A beautiful 20-hectare family estate, owned by the Dubost Martin family for four generations.


    Located in the southern Beaujolais, on the granitic soils of the foothills of the Massif Central, it embodies an authentic family winemaking tradition.

     

    Viticulture: The vines, averaging over 50 years old (ranging from 5 to 85 years), produce a dense and full-bodied wine.


    Trained on wires using the Guyot method and grass-covered to limit yields and prevent rot and erosion, they are harvested entirely by hand.


    The estate is HVE-certified (High Environmental Value), reflecting its strong commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture.
