Domain and appellation

  • DOMAINE DES JOSÉPHINS

    Created in 1979 by Gérard Presle, Domaine des Joséphins now covers 25 hectares spread across four communes in the Beaujolais region (Marcy, Lucenay, Alix and Anse).

     

    Heir to a family passion, he showcases the diversity of his terroirs through sustainable and eco-responsible viticulture, certified Terra Vitis and HVE3. Each plot is carefully tended and grassed to promote the expression of the soil.

     

    The vinification methods are adapted to each terroir in order to reveal their typical characteristics, from fruity and elegant wines to more full-bodied and complex vintages suitable for ageing.
