Fruity and well-rounded

The nose, frank and fruity, opens with delicate floral notes, white peach and a subtle touch of vanilla.

 

The supple, fresh attack reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruit, followed by a long, acidic finish that provides a beautiful envelope.

 

The wine's character is distinguished by notes of citrus and white flowers, offering a sensation of lightness and finesse.

Features

Domain and appellation

  • BARTON & GUESTIER

    Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration for a few hours, juice extraction by crushing, draining and pressing, clarification of the juice by settling, alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (18 to 20°C), malolactic fermentation.


    Aging: Aged on lees with regular stirring for 3 months to add body and volume on the palate.
