Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and well-rounded

The nose has a hint of reduction, which then opens up to aromas of white flowers, yellow fruit and a hint of chalky minerality.

The attack is supple, with good balance and persistence, followed by a greedy character that prolongs the aromas of the nose.

The finish is taut and sapid, offering a fine sensation on the palate.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Corsica's East Coast Vineyards – Where tradition meets precision

On the east coast of Corsica and in the Golo Valley — the cradle of traditional Corsican viticulture — the vines flourish across a patchwork of terroirs, nestled against the mountains.

    • Terroir: Planted on diverse soils, the vineyard enjoys an ideal Mediterranean climate, perfect for ripening and balance.

    • Viticulture: Soil cultivation, natural grassing, and controlled yields ensure optimal grape quality.

    • Winemaking: Grapes from the AOP only undergo fermentation in Mythos tanks, an advanced Italian precision technology.
The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for 12 months, preserving its freshness and aromatic purity.
