Fruity and crisp

Moonbeige colour with green tints, clear and brilliant. Open, aromatic nose with notes of wisteria, mango and acacia honey. Supple and fruity attack, tension, fullness, character on tension and exotic fruits. Supple and romantic finish, crisp, little tension, medium persistence.

    Obikwa is a wine made in Adam Tas cellars in Stellenbosch (South Africa).

    • Terroir: The grapes come from selected vineyards in the wine regions of Paarl and Worcester in Western Cape, and were planted between 1970 and 1988 at altitudes of 130 to 180 m above sea level.

       
    • Viticulture: The manual harvest lasts from mid-February to early March when temperatures reach 21 ° C.

       
    • Vinification: After crushing, the juice is then fermented cold in stainless steel tanks at 13 ° C for about 14 days to preserve the intensity of the flavor.
