Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is straightforward, with delicate floral aromas accompanied by a hint of yellow fruit, pear and apricot, which gradually open up to fresh citrus notes.

 

The attack is supple, offering a beautiful envelope, but also a pleasant freshness and tension.

 

The character is frank and greedy, revealing good typicity, with a hint of salt on the finish that adds a touch of minerality.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Domain and appellation

    Our single-block vineyard is located on the banks of the Rhône, at the foot of the Alpilles.

     

    A very particular microclimate with significant temperature variations, a windy climate, and low water stress, allowing us to achieve a beautiful balance in our wines.

     

    HVE3 certification, mechanical soil work, organic amendment based on legumes in the inter-rows, and agropastoralism.

     

    Night-time mechanical harvest, direct pressing, settling by flotation, and alcoholic fermentation at 16º. Aging in 600L barrels for 3 months.
