Fruity and crisp

The straightforward nose, marked by slightly techno notes of fermentation, quickly opens up to a more classic, greedy palette: crisp citrus fruit, ripe yellow fruit and a light floral touch.

 

The attack is supple, carried by a lovely tension and a fine balance of freshness.

 

 The palate is long and fruity, dominated by juicy peach and pomelo aromas that are both delicious and thirst-quenching.

 

The finish is clean and tangy, with a good sapid bitterness that prolongs the sensation of freshness and underlines the wine's assertive character.

 

 A dynamic, accessible white with a clean, modern expression.
