Pale colour with moon glints, medium and irregular bubbles, quite complex nose of several spices of ginger, juniper, chilli, hint of white fruits, pear, pineapple, good balance, roundness, sweetness but without heaviness or doughiness, nice well marked character of ginger, chilli, green pepper, sweet finish.
