Fruity and crisp

Its light color introduces a fresh nose of lemon, yellow peach and apricot. The palate is fine, long, straight, plain, fleshy and nervous with character. This crémant offers a melting finish.

    • Terroir: The Angers Saumur wine region offers a temperate climate with sand, clay-limestone, shale-sandstone, granite and chalk tufa soils.

     

    • Viticulture: Working in partnerships with local producers, the maison’s vine master guarantees an homogeneous production across the different vineyards.

     

    • Vinification: The wine is made according to the traditional method with a gentle pressing and a 12 month bottles’ fermentation.
