Fruity and light

Its pale color with green reflections offers a fresh nose of white flowers, pineapple, passion fruit and apricot confit. As for the taste, this wine presents a nice balance, freshness and finesse with a tight and fresh finish. Lovely wine. 

Green colored tint


Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

The passerillage ripening is a process which allows an increase in the sugar concentration by drying the grapes. It can be directly carried out on the foot or strain, in the open air or in a protected space.

  • Les Vignerons Corsicans

    Situated in Borgo, the Union des Vignerons Associés du Levant (UVAL) brings together forty winemakers with nearly 900 hectares of vineyards spread over the east coast of Corsica. In addition to its branded wines, it has developed the vinification of particular estates over several years, and a trading structure.
    • Terroir: Located on the eastern coast between sea and mountains, this 20 hectare area of vines evolve on clay shale areas.
    • Viticulture: Manual harvesting is done when the grapes are overripe: passerillage. This traditional method of late harvest promotes great aromatic concentration with a degree of natural alcohol.


    • Vinification: There is a first cold maceration before pressing and a slow second maceration on lees. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
