Based in Pau, beneath the majestic Pic du Midi d’Ossau affectionately known as Jean-Pierre we brew 100% of our beers using organic cereals and hops.
We favour French-grown grains, locally recycle brewing grains in the Béarn region, and work in partnership with the Parc national des Pyrénées to ensure a responsible and locally rooted production.
