Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
Dense beige foam with good retention, old gold colour, brilliant.
The nose is expressive, marked by candied citrus fruits, caramelised cereals and notes of dried fruit.
The attack is full-bodied, offering richness and roundness, with a slight hint of sweetness.
The palate stretches out with a clean finish, supported by good carbonation and a distinct bitterness.
The overall impression is one of beautiful typicity, harmonious and indulgent.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

BRASSERIE AUSSAU
A craft, independent and committed brewery.
Based in Pau, under the watchful eye of their mountain, the Pic du Midi d’Ossau (“Jean-Pierre” to friends), they brew 100% of their beers using organic cereals and hops.
French-grown cereals, spent grain recycling in Béarn, and a partnership with the Pyrenees National Park reflect their commitment to a more responsible production, firmly rooted in their local region.
