Well-rounded

A dark cocktail with a deep brown colour.

The nose is bold, characterised by aromas of cocoa, cold coffee and mocha, evoking the world of Irish coffee.

The attack is rich and indulgent, characterised by a certain sweetness and a simple balance.

The palate develops with a clean finish, displaying a distinctive and assertive character.

The finish is medium-length, leaving a pleasant, coffee- and chocolate-like impression.

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

J'avais repéré la marque sur Instagram et je suis passée chez Nicolas par curiosité. Clairement, je ne m'attendais pas à être aussi impressionnée. Le goût est parfaitement équilibré, le café s'exprime vraiment, et la mousse... c'est ce qui m'a bluffée. Cette texture crémeuse en bouche, on se croirait littéralement dans un bon bar à cocktails. Je suis conquise, j'en rachèterai.
