Our oenologists' opinion

Bright partridge eye colour, irregular and rather fleeting bubbles. Nose of rhubarb, strawberry syrup, notes of English candy. Balanced, fairly light body, present bubbles, soda style, liveliness. Quite long finish of lemon, citrus.
