Since the end of the 19th century, four successive generations have perpetuated the winemaking tradition at Domaine La Colombette. The Pugibet family's expertise is at the heart of their work, with the aim of producing "Grands Vins" with a low alcohol content that reveals forgotten flavours. This know-how and the innovative aspirations of François and Vincent Pugibet have now given us this alcohol-free white wine.
