Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and light

Use your senses with this coral-colored wine that will carry you away with its fragrances, but also its taste, its finesse and its balance. Indeed it releases fruity fragrances of matured strawberries, black cherries and white fruits. In mouth, it is well-balanced. Medium-sized and enjoyable bubbles awaken the tasting.

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Do you know ?

The designation « Conegliano Valdobbiadene » has been recognized DOGC (Dénomination d’Origine contrôlée et garantie – Guaranteed and controlled designation of origin) in 2009. It represents the top of the qualitative pyramid of Prosecco.

Domain and appellation

  • Bottega

The Vino dei Poeti Spumante is produced exclusively with Glera grapes coming from the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene hills (Vénétie, province of Trévise)

    • This region – between the Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea – is characterized by an ideal climate for the vine culture, that finds there perfect conditions of temperature, humidity, sun exposure and supply in water and nutrients.
    • Those hills are part of a unique landscape where the production of wine, practiced since more than a thousand years is perfectly integrated with the geographic, physic and climatic conditions of the territory.
