The nose is open and rich, revealing aromas of vanilla, leather, dried apricot and juniper, underscored by a note of salted butter caramel.
The attack is slightly smoky and peaty, evolving into a gentle sweetness carried by a beautiful envelope.
The palate, rich and expressive, reveals a character of young leather, vanilla and a subtle hint of saltiness.
The finish is vanilla-flavoured and full-bodied, marked by dried apricot and sweet spices, with beautiful finesse and controlled balance.
