Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and well-rounded

Pale yellow colour with bright silver highlights. Lovely, open, sweet nose of white flowers, white peaches, notes of fresh grapes, lime zest and a hint of spicy cinnamon. A well-balanced, unctuous liqueur, round and fresh, with no softness or doughiness. Attractive fruit flavours of exotic fruit, pineapple, mango, notes of fresh apricot and a hint of honey. Lovely fresh, greedy length.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

    ST-GERMAIN® is a French liqueur made from fresh elderflowers hand-picked once a year in spring, when they give off their full aroma and flavour. These flowers give rise to a refined and exceptional liqueur obtained through a unique manufacturing process, inspired by French know-how. On the nose, fruity and floral notes come together, while notes of exotic fruits, grapefruit and pear combine with a touch of citrus and its delicate sweetness in the mouth.
