Fruity and well-rounded
The nose is frank and expressive, opening with notes of roasted wood, vanilla and burnt toffee, before giving way to sweeter aromas of dried apricot and a hint of peat.
On the palate, the attack is supple, supported by a fine structure and controlled balance.
This whisky reveals a refined character, full of finesse, with an elegant lingering finish of dried fruit.
It lingers well, prolonging the tasting with warmth and complexity.
