LA CUVÉE BRUT

Founded in 1996 by Jean-Louis Malard, the young champagne Maison Malard is a family independant establishment.
 

• Viticulture: The grape supply is done by winemakers from the Premiers and Grands Crus vineyards.
   

• Wine-making: This vintage is made following the traditional Champagne method. It is composed of 40% of Pinot Noir, 40% of Pinot Meunier and 20% of Chardonnay.
  
   
• Tasting: This straw-coloured releases frarwith a hint of brioche. As for the taste, it is nicely balanced, strong and fermented with great character. The general impression is that it is nervous and mineral.
