Château Cavalier, acquired by the Castel family in 2000, who were captivated by the vineyard’s charm and the richness of its clay soils, produces naturally balanced grapes.

This magnificent, sun-drenched vineyard, situated between the Massif des Maures and the foothills of the Alpes du Haut-Var, takes its name from the stream that runs through it.

It is distinguished by the aromatic expression and minerality of its characterful rosés.
