The nose is open, frank and distinctive, elegantly revealing aromas of candied grapefruit, bergamot, citron and lime blossom, enhanced by a hint of vanilla blossom.

On the palate, the attack is supple, full-bodied and robust, underpinned by a controlled structure and lovely finesse. A wine of character, harmonious and alluring.

The finish is full-bodied and indulgent, marked by an elegant minerality, red berries and hints of spice.

Very good length, for a gastronomic rosé that is assertive and distinguished.
