The nose, open and frank, reveals a rich bouquet of yellow fruits, accompanied by notes of almond, acacia and lime blossom.

The attack is clean and mineral, with a light dosage, medium-sized bubbles that burst quickly and a medium body.

The palate has a chalky and tangy character, underpinned by lovely minerality.

The finish, clean and savoury, expresses a fresh, briny and floral profile, with a refined, lingering aftertaste.
