Its straw color brings out a bouquet and fulfilled nose, with aromas of candied yellow fruit, biscuit and hazelnut. As for the taste, this wine is typical, vinous, full, nervous and mineral with a good finish with fine, creamy bubbles.

Domain and appellation
De VenogeSituated in Epernay, the Maison de Venoge was founded in 1837 by Henri-Marc de Venoge. The Cuvée Brut Cordon Bleu, a true symbol of the house, was created in the mid 19th century by his son, Joseph De Venoge.
- Vinification: The house vinifies directly in a undergrowth in oak barrels and oak casks. It has a very little dosage, the champagne is less than 4 grams of sugar per litre.
