Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
Its light straw color offers a beautiful exuberant nose of roasted almonds, yellow fruit and vanilla notes. As for the taste, it is harmonious, right, pure, elegant, full, and with a long finish with mineral notes. It is smooth and creamy with fine bubbles. Beautiful wine.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Do you know ?
The wines vinified in traditional Champagne method have the same fate. The difference? The words "méthode champenoise" is reserved for wines from the famous vineyards of the Champagne region.

Louis Roederer
Founded in 1776, the house was entrusted to the hands of Louis Roederer in 1833 to expand and establish itself on the finest terroirs of Champagne. When other homes bought their crops to wine growers, the house Roederer embarked against the current acquisition policy in more prestigious wines.- Terroir: The house has vineyards in the three most important wine regions of Champagne: the Valley of the Marne, the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs.
- Viticulture: Lying on 240 hectares, the vineyards are divided into 410 plots. Like the ending of Bourgogne, the vines are pampered and worked piecemeal to respect the diversity of terroirs.
- Vinification: This Roederer Brut Premier is assembled at 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier. It is kept for 3 years in cellars and rested 6 months after disgorging.
