Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
Pale salmon colour with peach highlights. Fairly fine, creamy bubbles, persistent in the string. Open nose with notes of strawberry, basil and peppermint, nice freshness, spicy touch. Supple and creamy attack, on a generous fine bubble, tension, greediness. Character on strawberry syrup and cherry compote. Spicy, fruity, balanced and powerful finish. Beautiful persistence on roasted strawberry and spices. Beautiful finesse.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Do you know ?
Rosé d'infusion : mainly from our Cumières vineyard, this Rosé benefits from a long and gentle infusion of the Pinot Noir grapes, which allows the juicy and ripe side of the wine to be extracted while preserving its immense saline freshness.
Domain and appellation

Champagne Louis Roederer
Founded in 1776, the house was entrusted to the hands of Louis Roederer in 1833 to expand and establish itself on the most beautiful terroirs of Champagne. When other houses were buying their harvests from winegrowers, Roederer embarked on a policy of acquiring the most prestigious crus.
A snapshot of a year, this Rosé is made from 35 small parcels spread over the warm terroirs of our "La Rivière" vineyard planted with Pinot Noir, and the cooler limestone soils where Chardonnay grows. "A Rosé of superb energy, always linking great aromatic finesse with a unique strength of character, between saline freshness and fullness of flesh. - Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon, Cellar Master -
