    Cuvée Hemera is only made when the quality of the harvest can support an exceptional vintage. Cuvée Hemera is composed of an equal proportion of the best terroirs of pinot noir from the Montagne de Reims and chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. Only the quintessence of six emblematic Grands Crus for the House of Henriot (Mailly Champagne, Verzy, Verzenay, Le Mesnil sur Oger, Avize and Chouilly) is included in this blend with a selection of the characteristic plots of the year 2006.
