Powerful bouquet

Bright yellow colour with pale gold highlights. Fairly fine bubbles, not very persistent. Open, powerful, spicy nose with notes of gingerbread, melted butter and magnolia. Attack with fine and creamy bubbles, body, finesse, powerful, full-bodied wine. Spicy finish, with young leather and spices, a touch of grey pepper and menthol. Good length.
