Fruity and light

Beautiful pale yellow colour with a moonlight reflection, medium limpidity, brilliant. Tart nose. Greedy attack, on the sweetness, fine and numerous bubbles. Long and persistent finish on the greediness and minerality.

Features

    Founded in 1996 by Jean-Louis Malard, this young champagne house is independent and family run.
      
    • Viticulture: The grape supply is completed with winemakers from the terroirs of Premiers and Grands Crus of the region.

     

    • Vinification: Made with the Champagne method, the grape varieties of this champagne are 50% Pinot Black, 30% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.
