Combine the expertise of winemaker Léonie Duchêne with the talent of cooper Victor Canard, and you have a house of international prestige bearing the Russian imperial coat of arms, the crowned two-headed eagle. Located on the prestigious Montagne de Reims Natural Park estate, the terroirs of Canard Duchêne lie on chalk, sand, clay and limestone soils.
Viticulture: 60 vintages are selected by the house to produce a perfect marriage of Pinot and Chardonnay. Vinification: Produced using the Champagne method, Cuvée Léonie is aged for 3 years in the cellar at a dosage of 10 g/litre.
