Fruity and crisp

The nose is clean and delicate, with notes of yellow fruit and almond, and a hint of frangipane and apricot.

 

The attack is supple, marked by a beautiful minerality and good balance.

 

The finish develops notes of white flowers, supported by a slight sapid bitterness.
