Well-rounded

The nose is lovely, clean and fruity, characterised by aromas of black cherry and blackcurrant syrup, complemented by fresh notes of peppermint and cranberry.

 

The attack offers a fine balance, with finesse and a fruitiness that faithfully echoes the nose.

 

On the palate, it has a harmonious body, supported by fine, delicate bubbles.

 

The finish is clean, straightforward and quite crisp, bringing freshness and precision.

Features

        Viticulture: Several grands crus are selected for this Champagne.
        Vinification: Produced in the Méthode Champenoise.
