Fruity and light
Golden colour. Frank nose, on exotic fruits, mango and passion fruits. Opens with aromas of sweet spices and fresh malt. Supple attack with freshness on candied citrus fruits. Frank extension with lightness, notes of exotic fruits, and a slight bitterness which brings freshness. Fruity beer.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

The brewery offers a range of products with exotic touches to enhance their hoppy side. 5 permanent recipes as well as ephemeral brews will awaken the taste buds of beer lovers with each sip.
