Fruity and well-rounded
Light, airy white head with good retention. A clear, straw-coloured hue.
A clean nose of yellow fruit, fruit and cereal notes.
Hints of honey. A smooth attack with a touch of sweetness.
A clean, fruity finish. Good bitterness, with a slightly peppery finish. Notes of banana and clove.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
