Created in 1984, the Samuel Adams brewery has built its reputation around the Boston Lager, a beer inspired by the recipes dating back to 1860 of the great great grandfather of the founder. Nowadays it is the best-selling beer in the United States. Two variety of hops have been chosen to elaborate it: the Tettnanger and the Halleratau, associated to the malts pale and caramel.
Food and Beer Pairing: The Boston Lager can be combined with paella, pizza, quesadillas or Cajun dishes.
