Fruity and light

Airy foam, good hold. Amber colour. Straightforward nose with hints of chestnut and light vanilla woodland. Opens on sweet spices. Light and fresh supple attack, frank lengthening, balance, hint of sweetness, notes of fresh chestnuts, candied citrus fruit. Sapid and thirst-quenching finish.

Caractéristiques

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Le saviez-vous ?

The sea is a link between Corsica and America. So far away and yet so close, their common history has been intimately linked since the 19th century when Mediterranean winds carried young Cape Corsicans to the Atlantic coast.

From their hard work and long years of remoteness, they built up prosperous businesses and wrote stories worthy of novels.
Once their fortunes were made, these adventurers returned to their villages to build lavish homes to showcase their success and provide shelter for their families.

  • DOMAINE PALAZZU

    The DOMAINE BRASSICOLE PALAZZU was created in 2020 in ROGLIANO in the Cap Corse. It is the fruit of PAUL, great-great-grand-nephew of the builder of the Palazzu NICROSI and FLORENT, from a family of wine merchants.
    Strengthened by this heritage, the DOMAINE BRASSICOLE PALAZZU offers artisanal beers combining Corsican identity (a taste of Corsican culture) and American flavours (hops of American origin).
