Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.
Do you know ?
The malts and hops used are selected from the best varieties around the world, according to their aromatic and taste profiles to create exceptional hop juices.

Brasserie LA SUPERBE
Created in 2016 in Biarritz, La Superbe was born from our passion for homebrewing and love for highly hopped juices. Inspired and attracted from the start by new school breweries, it was towards DIPAs that we quickly specialized. After a long period of experimenting and stacking 20L brews in our kitchen, we launched our first 500L brews in our small brewery in the Quartier de la Négresse in Biarritz in 2017. The Biarritz brewery saw the birth of all the first bottles of the brewery's permanent range. The second brewery was created in Anglet in 2018. Larger and more modern, it quickly allowed us to push our experimentation further and to launch the very first cans in the summer of 2019 in parallel with the permanent range. The ephemeral recipes will be resolutely oriented towards hops and are now our trademark.
