Fruity and well-rounded

Amber beer with a dense beige head, good body. Amber colour, frank nose, on fresh hops, opens on citrus fruits, caramelized cereals. Supple attack of the envelope, a touch of sweetness. Full-bodied, long-lasting, with candied citrus fruit and good bitterness. Sappy finish, good persistence.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

"What characterizes us at Into The Malt, a microbrewery based in the Paris region, is gourmet beer rich in flavours, inspired by gastronomy and nature. Our mission: to quench your thirst, stimulate your taste buds and invite you to escape by offering unique beer recipes."
This recipe is the first one we have developed. An American Pale Ale, NATURE offers a soft bitterness at the beginning of the mouth provided by the CASCADE hops. This is followed by flavours of white flowers and citrus from the raw AMARILLO hops. This highly aromatic hop is grown exclusively on a farm in Washington State, US.
