Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
Dense beige mousse with an elegant hold, crowning a clear, brilliant straw-coloured robe.
The nose is frank and distinctive, initially evoking bitter orange and a well-integrated hint of hops, before opening up to delicious biscuity notes.
On the palate, the attack is supple, with a fine body, quickly followed by a precise, racy bitterness that gives structure to the tasting.
The finish is long, marked by a bitter and elegant persistence, offering a balanced and assertive profile.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

BRASSEURS UNIS
Like a backpacker exploring the great cities of Europe, we highlight iconic beer styles through their regional roots.
For Manchester, we wanted to showcase a traditional English style: the English IPA.
A beer where the malty backbone takes center stage, balanced by a pleasant resinous bitterness—classic, bold, and true to its origins.
