Fruity and well-rounded

Light and well-structured mousse, cream in colour. The robe is straw-coloured with golden highlights.

The nose is clean, marked by aromas of yellow fruit and candied citrus, complemented by floral notes of jasmine.

The attack is supple and fruity, enhanced by a peppery touch and a slight hint of sweetness that adds roundness.

The palate lingers with a clean and subtly spicy finish.

Good persistence, with a clean and expressive finish.

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Brewery and region

Founded in 1996 in Piozzo, Italy by brewer Teo Musso, Baladin was then a brewpub (bar and production facility). Since its expansion in January 2012, Baladin has become a farmhouse brewery.
- Characteristics: Brewed with pepper, to be drunk at a temperature of 12°C.
- Tasting notes: Its blond colour with a white and creamy head offers malty notes.
- Food and Beer Pairing: Open Rock'n'roll goes well with salmon or cheese with pepper.
