Brasserie La Pleine Lune
Founded in 2011 at Chabeuil in the Drôme (26) by Benoit Ritzenthaler, the brewery Le Pleine Lune is one of the oldest and one of the first to get a Bio certification in France.
- Tasting: With its ochre colour, this beer offers you a frank and gourmand nose on jammy fruits, apricot and peach. In the mouth it is supple and fruity.
- Beer and Food Pairing: Tomato salad and buffalo mozzerlla, cooked, pressed cheese: cheddar, cantal, laguiole.
