Fruity and crisp
Its bright coral color with an orange reflections and nose offers a nice bouquet of cherries and stone with smoky and mineral notes. In the mouth, this wine presents a nice balance and finesse. It is frank, nervous, tense and typed with a coated finish with fine and creamy bubbles.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

The rosé champagnes can be developed by bleeding but also by assembly of red and white wines. The appellation Champenoise is the only one with the right to use this process by assembling.
Domain and appellation
Louis RoedererFounded in 1776, the house was entrusted to the hands of Louis Roederer in 1833 to expand and establish itself on the finest terroirs of Champagne. While other houses bought their crops from wine growers, the house Roederer embarked the current acquisition policy by acquiring a more prestigious wines.
- Terroir: The house has vineyards in the three most important wine regions of Champagne: the Valley of the Marne, the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. For its Rosé Champagne, Louis Roederer has chosen to invest in Cumières in Marne because its clay-limestone soil faces South, so that the grapes may achieve a high phenolic maturity.
- Viticulture: Lying on 240 hectares, the vineyards are divided into 410 plots. Like Bourgogne, the vines are pampered and worked to respect the diversity of terroirs.
- Vinification: The Cuvée Rosé Vintage averaged 4 years on lees and is based for at least 6 months after disgorgement.
