Black colour with a brick sheen. Nose with spices, smoky notes, candied prunes. Opens on liquorice. Supple attack with roundness and balance. Frank character on spices, toasted, caramel, cumin. The tannins are round, with an envelope. Average persistence.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

The grapes are harvested by hand and sorted when the grapes are at their optimum ripeness, and the wine is vinified in concrete vats. The vatting period is 3 to 4 weeks, with a temperature not exceeding 32°C. The wine is aged in vats and demi-muids for 15 to 18 months.
