Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and well-rounded
With its yellow-pale color, this wine is limpid and brilliant. The apricot, the pear and the fresh bananas stand out, at nose. Soft and gourmet, the attack of this wine is tasteful and slighty sweet. A mineral touch, perceptible at the finale, awakes this wine, that demonstrates a great persistence in mouth.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Domain and appellation
Domaine De La Grande Palliere
The domain is located in the town of Correns at the heart of the Provence in the Var department.
Terroir: The domain that peaks at 250 meters is composed of 200 hectares, including 30 hectares of vineyards classified as A.O.C Côtes de Provence. Those vineyards take advantage of many assets: an exceptional micro-climate, a favorable amount of sunshine, privileged by its location on hills and the use of the agricultural technique of the trellising. Furthermore, the clay-limestone soil is very healthy.
Viticulture: Since 1998, the wine-making production is engaged in organic agriculture, controlled by the ECOCERT organism. The absence of synthetic weedkiller, fungicide or insecticide and the use of organic amendments constitute the base of this “organic viticulture”.
