Fruity and well-rounded

Coral colour. Straightforward nose, with aromas of harlequin sweets and tagada strawberries. Opens with notes of pomelo and red berries. Frankly greedy length. Red fruit character. Good persistence.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Based at Château de Pennautier, the family's historic birthplace near Carcassonne in the heart of the Languedoc region, the House is now run by Nicolas and Miren de Lorgeril. The twelfth generation of the family, they have been driving the business forward for 30 years. The House offers a broad collection of fine, elegant wines that faithfully express the full diversity of Languedoc terroirs and grape varieties. The wines come from the family's 6 estates, totalling 250 hectares, and from long-term partnerships forged over the years with a handful of winemaking friends who share the same quest for excellence.
