Well-rounded

The clean, powerful nose reveals aromas of black fruit coulis, accompanied by delicate woody notes.

 

The supple, well-balanced attack opens with candied black fruit, enriched by hints of cocoa and candied pepper.

 

The wine has a long, clean finish, with a little character that develops on the palate, while the persistence, of medium intensity, leaves a fine fruity and spicy imprint.

Caractéristiques

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

  • VIGNERONS DE BUZET

    Baron d’Ardeuil is the flagship cuvée of the Vignerons de Buzet, and undoubtedly of the Buzet appellation, rich in its history.

     

    It originates from a vineyard managed sustainably, where the vines are nourished solely with organic fertilisers and where biodiversity is preserved and developed.

     

    Derived from a rigorous parcel selection, conducted on the clay-gravel slopes overlooking the Garonne Valley, Baron d’Ardeuil is representative of the great potential offered by the terroir of the Buzet appellation.

     

    The Vignerons de Buzet thus sign their premium cuvée.
