Fruity and well-rounded

Yellow colour with golden highlights. Open nose of yellow fruit, fruit in syrup, peppery notes, hint of Espelette pepper. Good balance on a frank, fairly full-bodied wine, round and fresh at the same time, without heaviness. Lovely fruit that extends the aromas of the nose, with notes of candied fruit and candied ginger. Long, fresh finish.
