Fruity and crisp

The nose is fruity, marked by redcurrant and small red berries, with slight spicy notes, in a well-balanced ensemble.


The attack is lively, with a light dosage and medium body.

 

The bubbles, still lively, give structure to the palate.

 

The character is assertive with red fruit, and the finish is clean, with notes of strawberry syrup, a hint of acidity and a slight sweetness.

    A gourmet champagne with a strong aromatic character. The Réserve Exclusive Rosé is a delicate champagne bursting with fresh red berries: a gourmet evocation of redcurrant, blueberry, cherry and raspberry mixed with a hint of Gariguette strawberry. This is a champagne with fresh and airy flavours, thirst-quenching and joyful, to be enjoyed at any time of the year. Its ageing in the cellar for 2 to 3 years gives it finesse and freshness in the mouth.
