Fruity and crisp

The bubbles are fairly fine, but not very long-lasting.

 

The nose is open, revealing notes of pomelo, white peach and elderberry, with a hint of citrus.

 

On the palate, the attack is crisp, marked by a bubble that bursts quickly.

 

The wine's character is marked by citrus fruit and white flowers.

 

The finish is spicy and taut, with citrus aromas and a marked minerality.
